We offer free ground shipping within the Continental U.S. on orders over $99.

For international orders, shipping is calculated based on customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their package.  The customer is responsible for payment of any taxes, fees, or duties incurred at customs.

Please note, each item is custom made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship.  However, most of our orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase from our factory in California.  All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days.  Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.  Watch out for this email so that you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.  Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.  After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Import duties and taxes are due on delivery and payment is to be made to the carrier.
