Shipping & Returns.

We offer free ground shipping within the Continental US on orders over $150. All orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles studio. Most orders ship within 72 hours of purchase, though production can take up to 2 weeks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email — estimated delivery is 3–8 business days from the ship date.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Import duties and taxes are due on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer — payment is made directly to the carrier. We are unable to refund international shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds only — no fee for exchanges or store credit
• Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label — please ship within 7 days
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return
• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
• Retail partner purchases must be returned directly to that retailer per their policies

International returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, exchanges will be shipped back at no additional charge. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.

Sale items and purchases made with a promotional code of 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All items in the sale section are also final sale.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@streetsaheadinc.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Streets Ahead is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
