We size our belts by waist measurement, not pant size. Measure around your natural waist or wherever you plan to wear the belt, then refer to our Size Guide. We recommend wearing at the center hole for the best fit.

XS = 30" waist (jeans 24–25), S = 33" (26–27), M = 36" (28–29), L = 39" (30–31), XL = 42" (32–33).

Yes — because everything is handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles studio, we can accommodate custom sizing. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the right measurements and ensure a perfect fit. Custom size orders are final sale.

Every Streets Ahead piece is made to order in our Los Angeles studio after you purchase. Production takes approximately two weeks, though most orders ship within 72 hours. Once shipped, US delivery takes 3–8 business days via USPS or UPS.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your item hasn't gone into production yet, we can cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach out, the better. Once production has begun, we're unable to cancel the order.

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us with your order number and the updated address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it.

Preorders allow you to reserve a piece before it's available to ship. Because each item is handcrafted to order, full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin production. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Because every Streets Ahead piece is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed, returned items cannot simply go back to general inventory. The 15% restocking fee helps offset the cost of production on made-to-order goods.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges or store credit — we always encourage choosing one of those options if something isn't quite right.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due on delivery — payment is made directly to the carrier.

Care depends on the leather type:

Smooth & calfskin: Avoid water, heat, and direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Store flat or rolled in a cool, dry place.

Suede: Avoid moisture. Brush gently with a suede brush to restore texture. Store away from direct sunlight.

Pony hair: Brush gently in the direction of the hair. Avoid water and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.

Each skin may have slight natural variations in texture or tone — these are characteristics of the leather, not imperfections.
