From time to time, we engage third parties to help us manage the content of pages on the Streets Ahead website or to fulfill customer requests, such as forwarding a sample, a prize, or completing an order. These third parties are also committed to keeping your personal information private and share our commitment in the protection of your privacy.

Can I remove myself from the Streets Ahead mailing list?
Yes, definitely. Each email we send to you that is not a reply to a direct request from you, will contain information on how to unsubscribe from our database. We make every effort to honor unsubscribe requests within 10 days. Streets Ahead makes reasonable efforts to comply with the Federal CAN-SPAM Act.

What about links to other sites posted on the Streets Ahead site?
We may provide links to other sites from our site, for instance, for press articles or links we believe may be of interest to you. All items are custom made to order. Any item can be returned within 5 days from the date you receive your purchase. Streets Ahead will issue an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be in pristine condition, with tags, and no signs of use. We do not accept items that were worn or damaged due to improper handling or customer negligence. No returns are accepted except for damaged items and with prior authorization. A return authorization number must accompany all returns prior to shipment; Authorized returns or exchanges must be shipped postage paid. Unauthorized returns or merchandise returned in non-saleable condition will not be accepted. Refused shipments will be considered an unauthorized return of merchandise. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 14 days to receive and process returns and credits.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in stock items will be shipped 1-2 business days from receipt of order. Items not in stock will ship subject to availability. Every belt and accessory is made to order and should ship within five business days. For denim, please allow up to two weeks. Interested customers will be notified by email of availability.
